I was on Breaking Points w/Krystal & Saagar

We were only supposed to go 10-15 minutes, but you know me...

Hey everybody. A lot of people are listening to Fear & Loathing in the New Jerusalem because of the crisis in Israel-Palestine. Krystal Ball and Saagar Enjeti, hosts of Breaking Points, are two of them, and they invited me on to discuss the current crisis. As a rule, I don’t like to discuss the current situation very much (not that it always stops me). It’s too messy, too sensitive, and too hard to maintain good-faith coherent dialogue. I’ve turned down a ton of interviews, but I felt compelled to say yes to this one because I think Krystal and Saagar, love ‘em or hate ‘em, are trying to do a good job and keep that good faith dialogue going.

I’m almost done with a revamped version of the four-hour podcast I did on the post-1948 period of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Should be done very soon.
